Check-in was a nightmare. we arrived exhausted only to find the staff questioning our reservation. After finally getting keys, the room was in a complete mess and hadn’t even been serviced. What was even more alarming was that upon returning later, both TVs were on, which raised serious concerns about our privacy during the stay.

The room was really cozy with a comfy bed, and I especially loved the giant shower that felt like a spa treat! I enjoyed relaxing in the indoor pool and the hot tub after a long day. The breakfast could've been better, but it didn't ruin my overall great experience. 😊
